Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel or make changes to your order before it ships by emailing us at support@simplehealth.com or responding to your Patient Experience specialist via text.  

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that shipment, due to FDA policy. However, it is possible to cancel future refills as long as you reach out to us in advance. 

Please contact us at support@simplehealth.com at least 7 days before your refill date to cancel repeat shipments. You can find your refill date by logging into your account and looking at “My Orders”. If we haven’t heard from you and your package has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
