Can I cancel my order?

Our process is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to change or cancel your order once you check out.

It is possible to cancel your automatic refills as long as you reach out to us in advance. Please contact us at support@simplehealth.com at least 7 days before your refill ship date to cancel. You can find your refill date by logging into your account and looking at “My Orders”. If we haven’t heard from you and your package has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
